why can't I get this Financial aid thing right?

So, I've recently applied to FAFSA (and after awhile got it all correct; a total pain in my side). So when my c.c. got the info, they asked a few things from me (some worksheets, my parents and my tax return) and I turned it in by *hand*.

So a week later the c.c. said the copy of my tax return was not matching up to the one I sent in (my mom pretty much did it)..and then they said I didn't turn in my parents tax return and a worksheet. Yet I turned it in by hand, and asked the lady if that was all!

So I requested from the IRS a copy... and almost three weeks later I get a blank page... apparently my mom and I requested the wrong date..

I'm so fed up with this stuff. I really do not want to wait another three weeks to get a copy of my tax return (which I'm sure will come back the same way) and then find out I can't get into some classes.

Now mind you I started this whole process in he first week of May. Any suggestions?
