My college's web site says I'll receive no financial aid, why?

I'm 26 years old and I don't make allot of money. My estimated cost of attendance is about $21,000. Have you been in this situation or do you know you i'm not getting any aid? Oh I do have an associates degree in computer aided drafting already. This shouldn't effect my aid. At least I hope not.
