I already have an associates, can I get another associates degree with financial aid?

I earned an AGS (asscociate of general studies) already, and I am currently enrolled in a 4 year college (finishing up the first term). I felt rushed into things, and feel that I took the wrong track for me. I want to become a sign language interpreter, and the only program offering this education is Portland Community College. Can I get another associate's degree? Do I still qualify for financial aid, or do I have to pay for it myself?

FYI, I have not yet earned my first BA, but I have about 120 transferable credits. After I complete the 2nd associate's degree, I would like to continue my education in a 4 year college, and maybe all of those other credits will be useful then.
