| Anyone else been "ripped off" by Dell Financial Services?
I applied online with Dell computers for their line of credit, they informed me that I had been approved for their $2,500 line of credit with an 18 month "interest free" grace period on my purchases. Once I made my "purchase" online they sent me my first statement a week after I received my computer, in the statement they declared that I was being charged 27% interest! I immediately called Dell to complain about their "Bait and Switch" tactics, and to inform them of my desire to return the computer and cancel my account/balance. They refused and laughed at the idea of anyone getting the better of them! Anyone else suffered at the hands of Dell? Any solutions to their illegal tactics (illegal in Texas)?      |
