What Standard First Aid Course Would I Have To Take? BCLS?

My friend and I are going to take a first aid course with St. John's Ambulance.

We need Stand First Aid, CPR BCLS Level C.

1) What does BCLS stand for?
2) Would we take Standard First Aid + CPR Level C or Standard First Aid + CPR Level C + AED...or would it be something else altogether?
