Does first aid hibernate? Please answer!!!?

Ok, so I'm scrolling through First Aid hoping I can answer some questions. But every single question is about bug bites. I think we need a bite section, that would help things. But that's besides the point. My question is, what do people ask during the other seasons? I mean, what are questions like when they're not outside being eaten alive? I'm really wondering. Does this section just die during winter? I know this is a random question, and it sounds stupid but the bug bite questions just seem overwhelming.
