I am currently taking a WFA Course for the Fire Department, and... I am just wondering if when you are treating someone for shock, do you test the spine and neck, while conducting c-spine as well as checking vitals?

I guess it would depend on what injuries they have. If you know for sure they did not fall then you wouldnt necessarily need to check the spine or c-spine them for that matter. If nobody is around and doesnt know why they are in shock it would definetly be a good idea to c-spine them and to check their spine and neck.

no.you would keep them as immobile as possible waiting for them to be transported.
