Hmm, that sounds like a good first aid kit.. What I find double awesome as its stuff for the horses, but also works for any humans in need of help.

I just found this looking at first aid stuff, this should give you more ideas too!

Great start!

Here's what else I'd add to a small kit:

Saline solution for an eye wash and to rinse out whatever wounds you need to

A tube of banamine for colic, pain killer, muscle relaxant, etc.

Small flashlight for checking or doctoring anything you need to after dark

A couple of large non-stick gauze pads for pressure wounds

And my alltime favorite: epsom salts in a little butter tub, a bottle of water and some saran wrap. Takes out the swelling from insect stings, infection or whatever on either of you!

BLOODHOUND has a spectacular aura about
years ago my vet told me to all ways keep a bag of flour in my trailer. you never know when you might get a bad cut that wont stop bleeding. the four can be used to pack in the cut to help slow down if not stop the bleeding. be sure to wash out the wound and the flour when you get home and doctor the wound as vet instructions. i have had to use flour to help with bleeding several times while i waited for my vet to get there.

Besides what you have, I also keep:
Scarlet Oil
Penicillin
Syringes of different sizes
Tetanus shots. The kind you give after a cut.
Rubber surgical gloves
Saline solution. The kind use for contacts.
