Chickpea has a spectacular aura about
babysitting first aid?

what is being first aid certified...i know what to do with a cut or burn...or if it is serious, call 911.
but is there more. i recently asked a ? on babysitting fliers, and someone said something about being first aid certified. I am not going to take babysitting classes, but i want to know first aid so i can put it on my fliers.
can i get first aid books in a library?
can someone please explaine on how to be first aid cirtifies?

should i have a first aid kit? what should be in it? can i just buy a first aid kit in a pharmacy?

PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!

The Red Cross is the standard for first aid certification. In order to get a certification you HAVE to take a class. Make sure you get CPR training as well.

You do need training in First Aid and CPR, a book only tells you the theorys, you need to get the practical part of the training.

Good for you to get this training, more people need to step up and take this great course
