Where do you think that the food service industry is going in North America (or

Canada)? think about the employee wages? cost of goods? fuel? world economy? US debt? etc.
Yes, the question is for America or Canada.

As a quick Q to one post below...have you thoroughly thought out the impact of the world economy on food before saying that it doesn't affect it? Have you considered alternate fuel sources and where they come from?
