So sad......... will we still be friends?

In 2 months my best friend will leave to another country. I'm 13 years old and I've been moving to a different country after every 2 or 3 years, I love traveling but my best friends never stay with me, last year I was still in Australia with my friends and now we never talk anymore. Maybe they won't remember me but I never want to forget them. Anyway, we're like sisters we played together almost everyday and I can't imagine never seeing her again. She'll meet new people and make new best friends, when I think about that I can't help being jealous, usually I'm the one that moves and meet new friends, of course I'm sad about leaving my other friends but at least I still have some excitement about seeing a new country to keep me from being despret. Sometimes she says it won't change but I think I know that it won't be the same, like the friends in Australia she'll soon forget that we ever met. life is saddddd, it sucks :'( what's your advice?
she's 1 year younger than me, do you think she'll know that she's very special to me and that I will really miss her? thanks, goodbye
