Movie/Soundtrack Question-"Friends" by Elton John?

This was the soundtrack to a wonderful Britisth cult movie called "Friends".

First- How many of you have heard of it or seen it.

Second-I've hunted to find the soundtrack on cd but to no avail. Anyone have any fresh ideas as to where I can locate it?
