Is he gaining an interest in me or is happy being just friends?

I met this guy at work, we became pretty good friends there. We talked hours at time (instead of really working, lol). Everything was put on the table in terms of our lives; we both have trust issues but admitted to each other talking to one another brought a natural trust. We both left the job recently and stayed contact with each.

Saturday morning I paid him a visit cause I was thinking about him. He claimed he couldn't spend that much time with me but we ended up talking for about 2.5 hours.

I'm beginning to like him more, slowly but surely. I'm not sure if he like me though. The only reason why I would think he would is because when I talk, he exactly looks at me and listens, at work/Saturday he playfully teased me, and lately he keeps bringing up the fact that he's single.

We're both 16.
