This guy said my friend and i are intimidating?

So, he told this girl Jenny that my friend Whitney and i are intimidating. he said he could be himself infront of any other girls, but us. im known as the athletic surfer one and shes a girly girl. people say im the class clown of the whole grade and im really outgoing. Whitney and i are always with eachother and we have a lot of fun and were always laughing at school. but my friend jenny is just like us, so it doesnt make sense that Whitney and i are intimidating and Jenny's not.
