you need to find yourself becoming friends with this person first.. Because if you just start wanting a relationship right away it could mess things up in the later run if you find out that u just like him as a friend. Dont let it become awkward, act as if everything he does is just normal, or everything he says. Its only awkward because you let it be, talk to him as if you were speaking to a person with a disability, do not think you are better than him, I dont know, its kinda hard to explain.
