What does it mean when a guy laughs at you?

This guy who I don't bother, but am friends with his BFF, made this forced, loud, long kind of high pitched laugh as I walked by him in the library. Nobody else was laughing, and I was walking by him, while he was laughing he was looking at me.I got pizza for my psych class, but people ate it before he arrived. When I was talking about the pizza to his friend he said,"I didn't get any pizza".I guess he was upset about not getting any pizza, so he laughed at me(in an really odd way) when the parent-volunteer didn't see me in the library while passin g out the exams?Is that why he was laughing at me?uh we have similar clothing styles if that means anything, Mod?He deosn't like me, if he did his BFF would tell mehe never talks to me, nor bothers to except waved and said hi to me alst weekit wasnt bad timing, i think it was to get my attention.like nothing was said between anybody when i got up and walked by him, and when he started laughing. i dunno he acts kind of funny near me, i gues sits obvious, i just won't admit it hahaha

dont worry about it. he probably likes you and you caught him laughing like and idiot thats why he looked right at you.

I wasn't there. laughter, is disconcerting, but it is best not to get upset, excited or, start head tripping over some out of context laughter.I might get suspicious if it was a continious thing. You know like everytime you see him, or when your with your guy. Most guys will not mess with any girl that is seeing thier friend.
