should i leave my friends or beg her to death!!??

Ok, now you know how they say after you graduate 8th grade you are supposed to forget your friends and make new friends n HS? Well, i don't believe in that saying, i believe that you should never forget the people you grow up with.

The problem is that my mother won't let me see my friends anymore because i didnt go to this program for HS. This program is from June 30 to July 25 and we dont have to go if we dont want to. I was willing to wait until the program ended to see my friends cuz its only fair right?? I tried to tell my mother that but she said i should of went to the program and i told her ok i wont go until the 30th n still she say "no" i cry myself to sleep cuz i miss my friends n plus i have a big crush on this guy. i told her that i just want to see my friends that i knew for 5 years through the summer cuz i know i wont be able to when i start high school. What should i do? should i leave my friends behind or should i kept being begging her to let me go?? plz help me!!
