I have a friend at home on Workman's comp. Can he do some type of work from home...

...while he is down and out? He is going to be out of work for a couple of months. He will get a percentage of his pay, but I didn't know if he could do something from home like envelope stuffing, etc. to supplement his income during this time frame.
