What do you think of people that are friends,with benefits?

Me and this guy like each other but, he doesn't want a gf right now and well hes 19 and I'm only 15. Last night, I was drinking a little and we got talking and I asked him how far he's gone and he said just making out(which i believe because most teens in my religion haven't gone further than that) and i said i gave some bjs and stuff before(neither of us r doing good in our religion though FYI) and he said he said "Really!? i've never gotten one"and i said like maybe we can change that....etc.
and then at the end of the conversation i say "How do you feel about my age though?"he said it'll be fine as long as no one knows.and i said so u just want a friends with benefits thing? and he said "well,it would be fun.yeah?"

so now idk what to do!!!! i haven't made out or anything in a long time and neither has he but i want to date him and he doesn't want to date.but do you think maybe we could date later? or will this ruin our friendship? or is he just using me? HELP!??!?!
