My friend has been going out with every girl i have ever gotten close to what to do?

My friend i have known for about 2 years right? and he goes out with every girl i get close to, like a week or so before me and the girl would go out. He is more fit then me.

I have a pretty good feeling that he is gay because he has little respect for the girls he dates, and he doesn't really care about the relationship, it's bothering me because i have a suspicion that he is trying to make me lose my interest in women, but all it's doing is ticking me off to the max. What can i do?
talking to him about this is out of the question.
