i like my best friend...and i think he likes me...help?

okay..this guy is my best friend...and i like him..and i think he likes me by the way he treats me..im just scared that...you know if somthing were ever to happen between us...if we could still be best friends..

i only have two best friends..and he is the guy one....should i try to be with him or not...

please help!
