My Friend broke up with her boyfriend..and i still like him wat should i do?!?!?!?

He was my boyfriend before but then we broke up then she went out with him and they broke up and i still like him and my friends are telling me he likes me back...
But i still think he likes her...He keeps on looking at her as if they were still going out..but shes the one who told him she wants a break....
i want to tell him how i feel but how??help plz!
