what can I do to make my boy friend come back to me?

well, this is the story...
me and my boy friend has started our relationship since 2 years ago, we has had a wonderful time with each other. He loved me & I loved him.
but, since 2 months ago every things is gonig wrong. he loves me now but he is afraid off our future becouse he lives far from me and he thaught maybe we can not marry, of course our parnts are disagree.
since 1week ago he's left me, he does'n answer my messages, he even reject my calls, I know that he's donig anything to make me feel bad about him, because he wanna this finish will be easy for me.
but I wanna him to back & I don't know how. I love him & I can't live without him. please help me, tell what sould I do to make him back to me?
