Should I tell my boyfriend his friend is coming on to me?

I've been dating this guy for about 2 months. We have an awesome relationship so far. About a week ago I met one of his good friends. My boyfriend asked me if it was okay if he gave his friend my number. I work as a masseuse. I told him that it would be fine. Well his friend now calls me telling me how attracted is to me and he tells me what a dog my boyfriend. He feels that I deserve better and better is him. I told him that it would be best if he stopped calling me and I warned him that if he called me again that I would tell my boyfriend. But Im wondering should I just tell him? Shouldn't he know his so called friend is stabbing him in the back? What should I do?
