2 guys and their friend, what should i do?

I'm gonna use fake names:
there's aaron, i worked with him and liked him at first sight, i started making the conversation first, and then went bowling with him and his cousins and friends also on the first day after work, a few days later, i told him i like him, he said he's not ready for a gf cos he just broke up with his gf a month ago, and for now he just want to concentrate on school and work
I said ok, you have your points, but i still like him and he knows it

went out with for a couple of times later that, we talked on the phone for hours, but he never said anything, just friends with me

then second time go bowling, also with his cousins and friends, i started liking his cousin, jack, and his friend, mike, started liking me, he bothers me soo much, kept asking for # and asking me out but i kept talking him out of that subject, everything goes smoothly with mike, i would never hurt his feelings and say that m not interested, but as i was being too nice, he keep hoping and asking

the most important part is that i started liking aaron's cousin, jack, now, more than i like aaron, when i talk with jack, i totally forget about him, but i can't tell jack that i like him, because that's going to make me look bad, because they're cousins and really closed friends, i don't want to destroy any relationships, either b/w me & aaron, b/w me & aaron's cousin, or b/w aaron & his cousin


so should i let go of both of them and move on? should i tell aaron to get over his ex? should i tell aaron's cousin that i have a crush on him? should i just hurt mike's feeling and just tell him to back up and leave me alone because i don't like him at all?
