i m a boy and i have a best best friend thats a girl and im inlove with her?

we have been bffs for 7 years and I REALLY LOVE her alot. And I am not sure if i should tell her my feelings for her or not, but i love her so much so so so much. Should i tell her my tre fellings?!?!?!
