Is my friend jealous of me?

Im 14, im smart, and im a cheerleader and i think im cute, im not conceited or anything. I get along with everybody. I had a best friend but now im not friends with her because she lied on me and told i girl i was flirting with her bf and i wasn't. Now she's in my class and she always has something mean to say. Im a really sensitive person and I let these things get 2 me. But pplz r kinda mean 2 her, they call her names like shrek and grease monkey, but i alwayz stood up for her. she always has something bad 2 say about me 2 her so called friends and i can hear her and she walks by me and says Hey, girl!!!. Everytime a boy likes me she says he only likes u cuz ur light skinned, long hair, and brown eyes. I can't help it she's the opposite of that. I try not 2 talk 2 her but she always tells me who she can't stand or who she doesn't like. My self-esteem is like really low because of her.
