my friend doesnt take care of herself yet is way self consience how do i help her?

So my freind is wayyy self conscience. She cries over her "Uglyness" sometimes. She is wayy pretty, but she just doesnt take good enough care of herself. She goes up to four days without showers and her crack is always hanging out of her pants. She hats it when anyone mentions these things and freaks out but she still doesnt change. She is starting to make me mad. What should I do to help improve on her image and make her feel good about herself?
