how do I get my friend to not take drugs?

tell her how dangerous it is!tell her of all the stuff that can happen to her if she uses drugz or smokes.ask what is she going to get out of it if she uses drugz.she will ruin her life and of the ppl that love her a care for her..stop her at all costs.Tell her that smoking and using drugs is very dangerous and that she can kill herself using that stuff..tell her itz not a game that ones u start playing u can quit.tell her that quitting will be so hard.She will ruin her lungz...She will kill herself.Smoking and using drugs can slow her down..She wont be who she is anymore...Not that same girl anymore.Infact go on the internet and do some research and find some stories of ppl that died or are diagnosed with some diease by smoking and using drugz and show it to her.Show her the resultz of waht can happen if u use drugs and smoke..Dont let this happen.PLEASE!-hope this helps a little and i hope u stop her and make sure that she doesnt try it!!-Good luck!!
