Need help with a friend who back stabbed me?

My best friend (who isn't anymore) was telling my other friends that I starve myself, but I don't. I am thin but naturally because I exercise and eat healthy. What should I do?

OMG! i am going through the same thing. She was my "best friend" then she goes and tells people things about me. But not only does she do that , she lies about saying them..when i haerd her and she knows it! Don't listen to it. that's what i do. It's not true , don't believe it ..i bet she is jealous!

She doesn't sound like a very good friend to me.

Confront her. Tell her that you don't appreciate her not only talking badly about you, but telling lies. Be sure to let her know that a true friend doesn't do things like that.

Then move on with your life. She's not a very good friend at all.

When you eat make sure they are there,then they cant say you dont eat because you will be eating.

If it isn't true then it shouldn't bother you so much. I understand you being upset about this girl telling lies, but if the people she's telling them to believe her over you, then they aren't really your friends either.

You true friends will see the lies for what they are.

Gossip is always going to happen. Im very small also and everyone thinks Im always dieting but Im naturally tiny! I actually eat like a horse just never gain! Ignore the rumors and if anyone says anything just smile and say" U r sooooo wrong" and keep going. ignore people like that and they will stop worrying about trivial things and the gossip! It definetely doesnt sound like she is a best friend. Id tell her how it made u feel and let her know its going to take a long time before u ever trust her again! Find someone who will be a true friend!
