How should i get over my fear of heights before i go to Islands of Adventure...

...with my friends? Im going with my friends to 8th Grade Grad night to Islands of adventure and IM afraid of heights and rollercosters and they want me to go on dueling dragons and the hulk but im scared that im gonna die on them LOL.
im scared of heights i need some help with getting over them
help me out please..
