My friend Smoked a cigarillo!?!?

My friend just smoked a cogarillo and i told her she wasnt supposed to inhale and she did, im not sure whty i was just always told that, so if she inhaled it like a cigarette what is going to happen to her? were at work so shes freaking out...how is she supposed to smoke it? she has it still left over and doesnt want to waste it i guess, i told her that iw ould smoke it, but ive never smoked a cigarillo, what are the differences between cigarillos and ciggarettes?
So if i smoke it, im not going to get sick and puke up my pancreas? if i enhale that is..?

I've actually met a few people who prefer to inhale cigar smoke, even though it isn't the most common thing to do. Don't panic. It's not filtered smoke, so it's probably not the smartest thing to do. But, one bout of inhalation isn't going to hurt her.
