I built a very strong friendship with my friend.
She talks, I listnen.
Now she shows obvious signs that she wants to go out with me.
I dont.
I dont want to hurt her fealings, what do I do?

Just tell her the truth. She's your friend so she'll probably understand. No one can force another person to like them. And if you're a good friend you won't lie to her and tell her that you like her more than a friend too. Be honest with her. Crushes come and go just like that.*snap* =)
