Should I Be MAD at my Best Friend Or So called Best Friend?

My bestfriend has been being very rude too me.
She was at her moms friends house whitch my friend Jacob lives there and she called me and told me to shut up and said she wasnt at his house.
Then i hung up and she called back and said watcha doing? i said eating Mcdonalds and she said FATTY! you had sonic yesturday. i said im not fat and she said you know you are!
i hardly ever eat out those where the first time in like 2 months.
She is wayyyy bigger than me
i way 123 and im 5'6
Should i be mad because im currently pissed at her. im tired of her treating my like crap and putting all her problems to me!
