Does my guy friend like me?

ok, my story is WAY different than anyone elses.

So, my friend moved back from Seattle. But, i didn't know what day he was coming back, and it caught me off guard. And, i think im falling for him now. He seems like he likes me though. He is always telling me he hates something about me, like he said he hates my shirt, but i know that he is teasing because he loves Nightmare Before Christmas (my shirt). He always wants a hug from me (he wants one from all of his girl friends). He always kicks me like in the leg. (we tease a LOT!) But, he talks about these 2 twin girls and hangs with them a lot. So, does he like me or not? How can i tell if he does? Please help!

he seems like he is a BIG flirt. dont fall for the big flirts cause they will just hurt you in the end.
