WTF is wrong with my friend?

He is just dumb. First he thought he was smart because some test told him he was like Einstein. He took physics this year and he failed and dropped out. He failed Algebra II. Me and my friends told him he is not getting into MIT and he will not be a robot technician, he said "Yeah I know, that is why I am going to Ohio University(OU)". I told him everybody is going to OSU(ohio state university) and he said "Yeah screw OU im going to OSU!11##2@!!". We told him he is not getting into OSU because his grades are not high enough. He says hes going to start his own business(lol the hell? So random). I asked him what he was gonna do and I said "you should be a pimp" because obviously he cannot start a business to beat these current businesses. He thinks hes funny when hes not, what should I say to him that will make him realize he is dumb and will not get anywhere in life without school? He keeps saying stuff like "Calc BC kids are dumb", and he doesn't realize he is dumb.
i have tried to help him b4 but he just fails @ life. also i figured out something, we are inversely proportional...school wise. If I get a lot of homework he gets near none. If i get good grades he gets bad grades. If he gets "good" grades i get bad grades (Still higher than his, but bad in my eyes). If i have a good day he has a bad day, and a good day for him is a bad day for me. wtf is up with this?
