I'm in love with my friend....but she's 4 years younger than me.?

I just recently realized that I'm in love with one of my friends. The only problem is she's 14 and I'm 18. That's a big age difference...but I just feel like this girl is perfect for me. I need to know if I should tell her how I feel or not?? I would not have sex with her, so it wouldn't be anything like that. But I really just need opinions on what I should do.
