What do you say when a friends husband passes away?

Our realitors husband died two weeks ago who was also our morgager. Im not that close with her but she is the only realitor we have worked with and is a amazing person. she is getting back to work soon and wants to leave off when we left off on our house search.
I am horrible during situations like this and wanted to ask what I say?? Im sorry??? My feelings are with you???
Can anyone heklp me out please
