My friend was bit by a radio active illegal mexican, what should he do?

now he is starting to change into a mexican and is practicing the way of an illegal mexican, just the other day he quit working and starting living off of wel-fare, and his taxes don't even get taken out anymore. Now he wants to move into a small house which already has 21 other illegals. How can i help my poor friend become normal again?
