How do I find friends that are "in style" but not snobby like rich brats!!!????

I have two really good friends, but some of my other friends are rude and moody! I don't know what to do, I have told them my problem they said basically 'whatever' and still are very rude, they have moved on to new people, i still love them, but i cant seem to find people, i want to hold on to them!!!!
