How can you get your man to stop talking to a female friend when she is clearly

interested as more? We have been married for 8 yrs and this year he has started chating up another teacher he works with. I made it clear this bothered me so he asked her to stop calling him. She won't stop and I have confronted her myself. The calling continues. He says he doesn't want to say any thing else to her because they have to work together and it would be an uncomfortable situation. She made coments to me that she was interested in him when we had our confrontation. I passed this on to my husband. Some one please tell me what else I can do?

Reporting her to her boss will only upset him more than likely. There is nothing you can do to make him stop now it's your move to either ask him again to stop and if he doesn't then you need to reevaluate your marriage to him. He is clearly not thinking of you first.

For one thing, if he won't put an end to it, then there's nothing you can do. If he doesn't want to say anything else to her, that sounds very fishy to me, and usually my gut instinct is NOT wrong. I would inform her that if she didn't stop calling I'd file harrassment charges against her. Once a lady friend of my husband's kept calling my house at 6am, saying, "Wake up, Sleepy head and talk to me" in her 900 voice, and I got on the phone and told her if she called my house again, I would have to go Linda Blair on her @ss. She said, "He's a grown man!" I said, "Yep, a grown man with a grown wife that don't mind kicking your @ss up between your shoulder blades if you call him again." That stopped that. He got angry cuz supposedly they'd been friends for years, but he'd already told me she was "after him for more than friendship" even in his first marriage. He got over it, and if they stayed in touch it's behind my back, and if I ever find out, I'll make good on my promise to her, AND him. Change your phone number to a private number, and make sure he knows he better not give it to her, or the curb will have a place reserved for him and half of what he owns will be yours.
