| Friend drive uninsured, vehicle towed.?
My dumb friend got his vehicle towed and it was uninsured, it so happens that yesterday was the end of his insurance. He got his license taken away from the police and the car was impounded and he has 4 citations. My question is if he pays the towing impound fees and gets the vehicle back. Can i register it under my name and I insure it and I park it at my home for him until he can pay off the court fines and gets his license back and then I technically sell him the car and whatnot?
