How do I tell my fat friend to lose some weight?

she's like WAY over weight and she needs to drop like 30 pounds because I am too embarassed to be seen with her in public. how can I tell her?

she is always saying how she's jealous of me and wants to be pretty like me but i don't want to be seen with her so I can't do anything to make her look pretty like me!
god ya'll think she's skinny....she can like pinch every part of her body. it's disgusting.
