My boyfriend's best friend keeps telling me he loves me....?

We're all really good friends, but my bf's best friend has told me three times that he loves me, and he calls me all the time and I told my bf but he feels sorry for him, so he won't say anything. Plus he's a total wus. How can I make him stop? And after he says it he always says, "but you don't love me, do you?" in a really demanding voice. I don't like it. Oh and he's always trying to make me jealous.


So, How do I make it stop?! Please.
And I've told him I don't like him. Everytime he tells me, I just say "well, I only like you as a friend. That's it."
