| Friend "robbed" me for $170. What can I do?
I purchased a Blackberry off my friend a year ago, and then sold it back to him on credit. I also borrowed him $30, putting his debt at $170. I have a mutual friend and my brother to back me up. He is playing stupid on text messeges(its obvious) and I'm trying to get my money back. Any advice? There was no contract or anytihng. Thanks. |
