my friend (yes, i really mean my friend) really wants to loose weight. any advice?

my friend really wants to loose weight! she is 5'6 at age 17. she is 170 pounds. she's not fat at all. she's pretty average. she wants to loose about 30 pounds by may/june.

any advice?

also, she wants to slim down as much as possible before spring break. we're talking 10-20 pounds.

any advice on that?
