Is there going to be an adult with them? if not then no. Yes let her grow up, but within reason. At 15 she is too young to go somewhere for 2 weeks alone

well obvoiusly there are going to be the girls parents. if you dont let your daughter go now, it will be hell for the next couple of months. but shes 15 and going into 10 grade or maybe 11. you need to not have totaly complete control over her but have little rules here and there, because no matter what she wil try to brake it. shes a teenager. but you should let her go and have fun.

Well...if this is a supervised trip that will have paid chaperons or parents involved in the daily activities...sure, let her go. It might be good for her to get out into the world and have some freedom to explore under a friendly, watchful eye.

If, on the other hand, you're talking about her going away with a friend and no adult supervision...absolutely not. The girl is fifteen years old. There's no end to the trouble she could get into or the terrible things that could happen to her without an adult around to monitor activities. My son is sixteen and I won't let him go away for the weekend without a parent around. No way.
