HELP! best friend problems.?

well, i've been best friends with her since 6th grade, we're now at the end of eighth. well, in seventh grade i left school to be homeschooled & we talked online & went over to each other's houses occasionally. & we still KINDA do but not really. we havent been lately. we're drifting farther and farther apart.
this has happened before with previous best friends.
like, she told me she had to babysit & she was really going to the rodeo with her other friend, (who i despise) i'm supposibly her '2nd' best friend ughh please; i think i'm 4th? idk who cares. but always hangs out with other people and never wants to hang out with me anymore it's really messed up.
she never calls me unless shes bored & has NOTHING else to do. i feel like she's using me, somehow? idk.
usually what i do is just slowly learn to let go.. it's hard though. i'm not the type of person to kiss someone *** ya know? i'll just be like fcuk it. idk what to do;; what do you suggest?
