How would you tell your best friend that she needs to move out?

Ok here is the deal, her husband asked her for a divorce on September, and she waited to the last minute to move or do anything, so I took her in with 2 dogs. It is March now and she still here. She always complaining about everything going wrong in her way, My husbad wants her gone. She is my best friend, and we have been there for eachother at all times. She does ocasionla chores, and sometimes puts gas, for all the rides I give her, she has her own room but doesnt pay rent. She buys some food but only for herself. He dog spreads hair all over the house and she doesnt clean it. Seriusly, I been very poor in the past but I made it on my own, i hate people complaining about life, because believe me my life was hard when I was a teen mom with kids and work and school. She doenst have kids, she has a boyfriend that lives 8 hours away and her divorce will be final on friday. I dont want to be mean, Please help me!
