my friend has a really low self esteem and i really want to help her but i...

...dont know what i can do? shes thinks she fat but shes not she fluffy (150-160 5ft) i think 164
shes really pretty shes super fun to hang out with i luv her to death
shes like out goin when shes with her gurls but she to scared to talk to guys i know guyys like her cause she really pretty and she has a ghetto buddie
but shes really shy when it comes to guys so if some one can help me it will be gratley appresheatted!!!!
i meant boddie if any one is wondering
